The Owners:

Jessica Smith

Beginning her career some 10 years ago, as an Exhibitions Manager with Mall Spaces Management, specialists in Mall exhibitions and brand activations, Jessica’s expertise, attention to detail, and customer-centric focus saw her progress quickly to the post of Regional Manager. Her skill and aptitude for the position saw her work with several nationally-based landlords, including Pareto Limited, Liberty Properties and JHI Retail.

Yearning for more, and wanting to harness her entrepreneurial spirit, Jessica forged her own path, with business partner Liezel Van Tonder, and i-Spaces was born. When she’s not negotiating retail space for her clients, Jessica is mom to a little girl, loves spending time with loved ones and friends, and is a founder member of an NPO, “The Co-Care Foundation.”

Having cut her teeth in the Mall environment, initially as an Exhibitions Manager with Mall Spaces Management, servicing major retail clients including Liberty Properties and Pareto Limited, and later excelling to Regional Management, Liezel’s passion for retail is undeniable.

With experience spanning some 12 years, it was little wonder that her drive and ambition led to her branch out, to forge her own path. Joining forces with Jessica Smith to form i-Spaces, this wife, mom of 2 and entrepreneur, manages to balance life and work perfectly, and even finds the time to rnu an NPO, “The Co-Care Foundation.”
